Is this confidential?
Yes. Communication happens through private, per-client channels. We never resell or publish your information, and any login credentials you share are deleted once your engagement ends. Your name is never attached to a public review — every review we publish is submitted anonymously, with no name, school or identifying detail.
How do you keep the work from looking out of place?
Two ways. First, expertise: your work goes to a specialist in that subject, so the depth and vocabulary are appropriate rather than generic. Second, pacing: we submit on the same steady rhythm a diligent student would, rather than uploading a whole term in one night. Where you'd like, we mirror the tone of a sample of your earlier writing.
Do you take proctored exams?
Yes — it depends on how your exam is monitored. A time limit with no observation is routine. A lockdown browser is often workable. Automated or recorded proctoring is assessed case by case. A live invigilator with a room scan and ID check is usually declined, because no responsible service can promise it. We assess your specific setup free of charge and give you a yes, a no, or a conditional yes before you pay anything.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
On most first engagements, no. We complete an initial task so you can see the quality before any upfront payment is due. Larger term-long engagements are typically split into milestones you approve as we go, so you're never far ahead of the work you've seen.
Is this the same as tutoring?
It's a done-for-you academic support service, which is different from tutoring. Many clients use us as a rescue when they've fallen behind, and some ask their expert to walk them through the reasoning afterward so they actually learn the material. You decide how involved you want to be.
